Following the free inspection, our project manager will let you know if the roof needs replacement or repair. If your home has sufficient damage we will recommend filing a claim with your home insurance provider. Most important part in this step is to make sure you contact us once you get a time for your insurance adjuster to come and inspect. We will meet with the adjuster so you don’t have to.
The roof tear-off and replacement procedure will be organized by our highly trained project manager to guarantee a smooth and clean process. Depending on the size and complexity of the roof will determine the amount of roofers on site. We know how much of a headache this process can be for the homeowner, so by knowing that information it allows us to beat that headache before it develops.

What we do.
Here at CBX, we specialize in the roofing industry. Natural hail storms are common and with that being said, we stick to our local area in need of repair. When the storm impacts your home or business in our area we then come in and handle everything from start to finish. We first will give you our professional opinion on whether or not your roof is insurance claim worthy. We work directly with your insurance so you don’t have to. On the construction side of things we usually will have 4-6 crew members and one project manager on site for the roof tear-off and replacement. Cleaning up is super important and that is exactly why it is one of our primary focuses.

When inspecting for hail damage you definitely want to know the difference between natural wear and tear and storm bruising on the shingle. They can be mistaken for one another and that’s exactly why we offer free inspections. There are a couple of indications of damage to see from the ground. The first indication is checking the vinyl siding around the home. Depending on the wind direction of the storm, hail could have come straight down or at a slope. Therefore, if you cannot spot any damage or oxidation on the siding please take a good look at the rain gutters. The rain gutters can potentially have small or big craters that are sometimes visible from ground level inspection. If you spot an abnormal amount of shingle granules in the gutters or even on the driveway, then the next step is to check out the roof immediately. We will look at every building on the property at ground level and roof level. Call us if you need professional help on what to look for.
After a hail storm, there could potentially be issues down the road that can lead to harming the interior of the home. Statistics will state if you were involved in a storm with hail stones one and a half to two inches in size, then you have a high chance of catastrophic damage to your roof and other areas on the exterior of the home. Water damage to the decking can be a result and that can lead to interior water damage and roof leaks.
Homeowners insurance usually covers this kind of scenario. Most policies will have coverage for hail and wind damage and that usually consists of the entire exterior of the home unless excluded on your policy. You can call us today and we will give you any information you need on this subject.
How CBX makes it easy for you is simple and is exactly why people choose us over anyone else. The simplicity of ease can be stated in one sentence: “CBX is there from start to finish.” What we mean by this is that we literally will be there from the start of the inspection to the finish of the roofing project. Our highly trained Project Managers will walk you through the 4 steps of restoration. We handle the paperwork with your insurance to make sure you are getting the proper amount for the claim. We talk directly with your insurance adjuster for info they need that you do not have time for. Really the only physical task you have to perform is making a two-minute phone call to your insurance for a claim to be established. We do the rest, we even meet with the insurance adjuster on the day he comes to inspect and address his opinion. It is that easy and CBX makes it that way.
